Report an order problem promptly
Contact Drcleanx as soon as possible after delivery when a parcel contains a damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect item. Reporting within 48 hours gives the team the best opportunity to verify the shipment with the courier and packing record.
Information required
- Drcleanx order ID and registered phone number
- Photographs of the outer parcel, shipping label and affected product
- A clear description of the issue
- An unboxing video when available
Eligibility assessment
Each request is reviewed against the order record, delivery status, product condition and supporting evidence. Depending on the verified issue, Drcleanx may approve replacement, missing-item fulfilment, partial refund, full refund or another reasonable resolution.
Opened, used or change-of-mind products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, substantially used, transferred, altered or improperly stored cleaning products are not normally accepted for a change-of-mind return. A verified manufacturing, leakage or fulfilment issue will still be assessed on its facts.
Approved refunds
Approved online-payment refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method. After initiation, the bank or payment provider controls the final credit time. Drcleanx will share the available refund reference. COD resolutions may require verified bank or UPI details through an official support channel.
Cancelled or failed payments
When money is debited but the website does not confirm the order, contact support with the payment reference. Do not make a second payment until the first transaction has been checked.
