Service area
Drcleanx accepts orders only for locations that can be served by the connected courier or another confirmed delivery method. Serviceability may be checked again before dispatch.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after product availability, customer details and payment or COD eligibility are confirmed. Dispatch may take longer during holidays, high order volume or when customer verification is required.
Estimated delivery
The website displays an estimated delivery window of 3–5 working days for eligible locations. This is not a guaranteed arrival date. Remote locations, weather, courier disruption, public holidays or operational events may add time.
Shipping charges
The applicable delivery charge or free-shipping eligibility is displayed or confirmed before order acceptance. Heavy, liquid, powder, bulk and business orders may require a separate shipping quotation.
Packaging and inspection
Products are prepared for transport using appropriate inner and outer packaging. Customers should inspect the parcel for obvious damage or leakage and report a problem promptly with photographs.
Tracking
When a shipment is created, the courier AWB or tracking ID is stored against the order and can be checked on the Track Order page using the customer phone number. Courier scans may take time to appear after dispatch.
Address problems and failed delivery
Customers must provide the correct recipient name, complete address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Re-shipping or return-to-origin charges may apply when delivery fails because of incomplete or incorrect customer information or repeated unavailability.
