Website descriptions, photographs, pack sizes and prices are provided for shopping guidance. Packaging may change. The approved label on the supplied product is the final source for composition, directions, warnings and precautions.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Availability, promotional prices, shipping charges and taxes may change before an order is confirmed. A product placed in the cart is not reserved until the order is accepted.
4. Orders
Drcleanx may contact the customer to verify the address, PIN code, quantity or payment. An order may be declined or cancelled when stock is unavailable, payment fails, delivery is not serviceable, information appears incorrect or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. Any received payment for a cancelled order will be handled through the applicable refund process.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed through the payment provider enabled on the website. Drcleanx does not ask customers to disclose card PINs, UPI PINs or one-time passwords. Payment confirmation is subject to successful verification by the payment provider and the website backend.
6. Delivery
